Maddie Botti

Maddie Botti has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Maddie started as a Product Development Intern at alice + olivia in 2010. Maddie then moved on to Chico's FAS Inc., where they worked as an Assistant Product Development Manager from 2010 to 2012 and later became an Associate Product Development Manager for Sweaters & Knit Tops from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Maddie joined Nordstrom Product Group as a Product Developer for Soft Accessories and then transitioned to working on Rack Accessories & Trend Accessories. Since 2016, Maddie has been with Kendra Scott, starting as a Product Development Manager before being promoted to Director of Product Development in 2018. In 2019, they became the Director of Product Development & Technical Development and is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Development & Product Integrity. Additionally, Maddie volunteered at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week from 2007 to 2009.

Maddie Botti attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising Management.
