Rocky Reyna has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. Rocky began their career as a Technical Support Analyst at AT&T Mobile Tel and later worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Grande Communications LLC. Rocky then moved on to become an Account Manager at Fox Service Company and later at Air Pro Inc. In 2009, they became a Branch Manager at Tint Specialists, followed by an Account Manager role at Air Pro Inc. Reyna joined General Motors in 2014 as an IT Service Analyst before transitioning to TEKsystems as an IT Analyst. Rocky then joined Kendra Scott in 2018, holding various positions including Systems Operations Analyst, IT Service Lead, and IT Network Engineer. Currently, they serve as the Lead IT Analyst of Field Technology at Kendra Scott.

Rocky Reyna completed their high school education at Hebbronville High School from 1996 to 2000, earning a HS Diploma in General Studies. In 2002, they pursued Network and System Administration/Administrator courses at Technical jobs IT Jobs for two years. Afterwards, in 2010, they completed EMT Basic Training/Fire Science at the Kyle Fire Academy. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Information Technology from Austin Community College.
