Will Agnew

Will Agnew has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Will began their career in 1999 as an Audio Visual/Administration Assistant at Fremantle and later worked as a Sales Assistant at David Jones. In 2002, they joined KenMont and KenWood Camp as a General Counselor. From 2004 to 2022, Will held multiple positions at KenMont and KenWood Camp, including Boys' Head Counselor, Division Leader, and Program Director. In 2004, they also served as a Regional Coordinator at CCUSA. In 2010, Will worked as a Senior Case Manager at Dynamiq and as a Case Manager at Customer Care Pty Ltd. In 2015, they became a Team Leader at Australasian Assistance Pty Ltd and a Camp Counselor at Camp Blue. Currently, Will is the Director at Camp Blue and the Head of Camper & Staff Care at KenMont and KenWood Camp.

Will Agnew has a diverse education history. Will attended Barker College from 1988 to 1997, where they obtained their Higher School Certificate. In 1998, they pursued Film and Television Production at the Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE, earning a Certificate II and III in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. In 2007 and 2008, they studied Applied Psychology at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, completing a Certificate IV in Counselling and Communication. Additionally, Will Agnew has acquired various certifications in fields such as CPR, Mental Health First Aid, and Emergency Life Support.
