Daniel Holmes has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Restaurant General Manager at Kennebunkport Resort Collection since August 2022. Prior roles include Director of Food and Beverage at Breakwater Inn & Spa from August 2021 to July 2022, and Food and Beverage Manager at Encore Boston Harbor from April 2019 to June 2022. Daniel's career also encompasses positions as Banquet Manager and Food and Beverage Manager at The Liberty Hotel, as well as various culinary roles at Four Seasons Hotel Boston and Bob Evans Farms, Inc. Daniel's foundation in the culinary arts was established with an Associate's degree from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 2010 and 2012.
