Johnny Spruiel

Johnny Spruiel is an experienced safety and security professional currently serving as the Director of Safety and Security at Kennedale ISD since November 2021. In this role, Johnny implements safety policies and conducts audits while maintaining comprehensive records and facilitating staff training. Additionally, Johnny has extensive experience as Program Manager for DynCorp International, overseeing a multimillion-dollar police mission in Haiti, and as Operations Chief for the United States Army Reserve's Civil Affairs command. Previously, Johnny led mission delivery at O'Gara Group Training, focusing on tactical security training, and served as a police officer for the Arlington Police Department, where coordination with the Department of Homeland Security was key. Johnny holds a Master's in Emergency Management and Disaster Management from American Military University, a Master Certificate in International Development from Naval Post Graduate School, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University.
