Jeff Teetsel

Jeff Teetsel is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as Managing Director of the Debt Investment Group at Kennedy Wilson since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff was the Managing Director for Commercial Real Estate at Pacific Western Bank, overseeing lending operations for non-recourse ground-up construction financing. Jeff has extensive experience in bridge debt origination from tenure as Managing Director and West Region Head at NXT Capital, as well as valuable development insights gained as Principal at Teetsel Properties, where Jeff successfully transformed a distressed asset into a high-value property. Earlier career highlights include senior leadership positions at a privately held development company and iStar Financial, coupled with a foundational role at Fremont Investment & Loan. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Penn State University, complemented by a minor in Business Law.
