Deb Hart P.e.

Deb Hart, P.E. is an experienced construction manager and civil engineer with a focus on water treatment and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Construction Manager at Carollo Engineers, Deb is leading a $43M upgrade project at the Pinole-Hercules Water Pollution Control Plant in California. Previous roles include Deputy Construction Manager for the City of Lynden Water Treatment Plant at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, managing numerous water pipeline and pump station projects, and overseeing utility assessments for airfield reconfigurations as Senior Project Manager at Olivia Chen Consultants. Deb's career also includes significant contributions as Resident Engineer at Erler & Kalinowski, Inc. for high-profile remediation projects in Emeryville, and experience as Assistant Resident Engineer at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants for water treatment plant upgrades. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Francisco State University.
