Rachel Druffel Rodriguez-Blew P.e.

Rachel Druffel Rodriguez-Blew, P.E. is a seasoned Project Engineer and Project Manager at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants since October 2015. Previously, Rachel served as a GIS Technician at Irvine Ranch Conservancy, where responsibilities included developing maps, managing geodatabases, and conducting field sampling. Rachel also worked at the University of California Center for Hydrologic Modeling, initially as a Junior Specialist, where efforts focused on land surface modeling and flood risk management, and as an intern, synthesizing satellite data to assess water stress. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Environmental Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
