Tjebbe Hepkema

Tjebbe Hepkema is an experienced professional in mediation and coaching, currently serving as a Register Mediator at Hepkema Coaching & Mediation since July 2007, and affiliated with Quality Mediators since 2014. Hepkema has held multiple roles, including Mediator and Complaints Officer at De Thomashuizen and De Herbergier, and has contributed as an educator in communication and conflict management at various institutions, including Hanzehogeschool Groningen. As a Senior Consultant at CarrièreCentrum Zorg, Hepkema focuses on career guidance for healthcare professionals. Leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of the Association of Mediators in Healthcare and as Chairman of the Friends Foundation of Hospice Eesinge Meppel.
