Todd Noble has had a diverse and extensive career in information technology. Todd started in 1988 as a Network Specialist for the Supreme Court of Minnesota, where they maintained network applications and performed database maintenance. Todd later became an IT Supervisor, managing staff and collaborating on policies and procedures. In 2008, they joined MnSCU as a Software Developer, conducting business analysis and programming code for problem resolution. In 2013, they became a Technical Lead Software Developer at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, providing mentorship and training to junior developers. Todd then worked as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at the South Dakota Board of Regents, where they administered ERP systems and provided training on technology projects. Currently, they are the Chief Information Security Officer at Kensington Bank, responsible for the organization's information security management program. Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated expertise in software development, database analysis, and network management.
Todd Noble attended Alexandria Technical and Community College from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained a 2 year Diploma in Computer Programming.
