Ajay Chadha

Ajay Chadha is a seasoned professional in workforce management and client services, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management at Kensington Tours since November 2021, where responsibilities include supporting sales and customer care teams through scheduling, capacity planning, and lead distribution. Prior to this role, Ajay was the Vice President of Client Services and Workforce Management at Innovative Vision, overseeing client relationships and a workforce of over 600 employees across multiple global call centers. Ajay co-founded LiveXchange, serving as Vice President in various capacities, and played a crucial role in transitioning traditional operations to a virtual workforce. Additionally, Ajay has held key positions at Bell and Futureway, leading customer care and billing operations during critical setup phases. An alumnus of Bishop's University, Ajay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management Science.
