Jennifer la Luz

Jennifer La Luz, MBA, CPHQ, currently serves as the Senior Director of Quality & Access at Kent Hospital since April 2022, after holding the position of Director of Quality & Performance Improvement at the same institution from January 2019 to February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Program Manager at Presbyterian Rust Medical Center from July 2011 to December 2018, and as a Quality Consultant and Outcomes Research Analyst at University of New Mexico Hospital from December 2007 to July 2011. Additional experience encompasses serving as Process Improvement Coordinator at Lovelace Medical Center and Quality Improvement Coordinator at New Mexico Medical Review Association. Jennifer La Luz holds an MBA in Marketing from UNM Anderson School of Management and a BA in Anthropology from The University of New Mexico, complemented by earlier studies in Anthropology at New York University.
