Paula Constantine

Paula Constantine, DNP, is a seasoned nurse practitioner currently serving in a per diem role for hospice services at VNA of Care New England since February 2023. Paula has extensive experience in inpatient hospice care at Connecticut Hospice since April 2020, and previously worked at UnitedHealth Group in complex care management from January 2019 to April 2020. Additionally, Paula contributed to the field of geriatrics and palliative medicine as a nurse practitioner and teaching associate at University Medicine from July 2017 to December 2018. Paula's career also includes significant journalistic experience, having served as a section editor at Providence Journal and as a copy editor at The Press of Atlantic City. Academically, Paula holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Yale School of Nursing, a Master’s in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Boston College, and a Master’s in Journalism from Columbia University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in History from Bryn Mawr College and studies at the University of Oxford.
