Kiosha Jeltema

Kiosha Jeltema, MSW, is an experienced regional manager with a strong background in program management and social work. Currently serving as Regional Manager I at Kent District Library since June 2022, Kiosha oversees operations across seven counties, aligning services to regional employer needs.
