Mark Prior has extensive experience in the culinary and food development industry. Currently serving as a Product Development Chef and Business Development Manager at KFF since November 2013, Mark has played a key role in developing the Purple Pineapple range of superior hand-blended sandwich fillings and toppers. Prior to this, Mark worked as an Area Sales Manager, focusing on food sales to the catering trade. Mark's career also includes a position as Head Chef at Yellow Rose Catering from September 2012 to October 2013, and earlier experience as a Chef at Brookfield Hotel in Emsworth from 1989 to 1998. Mark holds GCSE qualifications from Springfield Secondary School in Portsmouth, completed in 1989.
