Brian Griffis

Brian Griffis has extensive experience in the field of environmental health and safety. Brian began their career in 2004 as a Supply Chain Manager at Rolls Royce Energy. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at American Electric Power, where they held roles as Transmission Contractor Safety and Supplier Development. In 2017, they joined KV POWER, LP as Vice President Environment Health Safety, where they provided strategic leadership in environmental health and safety matters. Currently, they are working at Kent Power as a Sr Safety Director/Subcontractor Oversight, responsible for the development and implementation of occupational health policies and procedures.

Brian Griffis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Finance from Ashland University, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, they attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center from 1980 to 1982, specializing in Spanish Linguistics.
