Kai Brashears

Kai Brashears currently serves as the Assistant AD of External Operations for Football at Kent State University Athletics since February 2023 and has been the Director of Recruiting at Duke University since January 2022. Previously, Kai held positions at the University of Minnesota as Director of On-Campus Recruiting & Communication and Assistant Director of Recruiting, and at Mississippi State University as Coordinator of Recruiting Operations. Kai began a career in recruitment as a Recruiter at Insight Global, which specializes in staffing and service solutions, and worked as an On-Campus Recruiter at the University of Alabama from 2015 to 2019. Kai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and English from the University of Alabama.
