Douglas Mills has a comprehensive work experience in the field of information technology. Douglas started their career as a Helpdesk Assistant at Mount Union College in 2003 and also worked at Dix Communications as a Helpdesk Assistant, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
In 2008, they joined Notify Technology Corporation as a Technical Support Engineer, where they assisted customers with various technical issues related to servers and mobile devices.
