Stina Olafsdottir has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stina started their career as a Budget and Financial Analyst at Portage County in 1999, where they prepared and analyzed budgets and served as a liaison between various departments and agencies. Stina then moved on to become the Financial Coordinator at the Portage County Clerk of Courts in 2005, where they managed budgets and oversaw financial operations. In 2007, Stina joined Kent State University as the Manager of the Bursar's Office, where they provided leadership and implemented efficiency measures. Stina later became the University Bursar, responsible for the accurate assessment and collection of tuition and fees. Stina also served as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching a graduate level course on financial management in higher education. Most recently, they held the position of Associate Vice President for Business and Administration Services and University Bursar at Kent State University. Throughout their career, Stina has demonstrated strong financial management skills and a commitment to the mission and goals of the organizations they have worked for.
