Manager Customer Support (northern Central Europe) at Kentaa

Jasper Lemmen is a Customer Service Specialist at Kentaa since August 2019, focusing on client support and onboarding through workshops. With a diverse background, Jasper has provided individual and group coaching in dam training since January 2008, including mentorship to top talents competing at the world championship level. Previous experience includes working as a Customer Service Agent at DHL Parcel, handling customer inquiries and shipment issues, and serving as Webmaster for Alldraughts, where daily news and analyses were published. Jasper has also contributed as a Trainer for the KNDB and as a Junior Advisor/Developer at PAT Learning Solutions, specializing in website design and digital learning environments. Jasper holds a degree with 225 EC from HAN University of Applied Sciences, with prior studies at Radboud University and HAN University.
