Michael Ho

Michael Ho is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering & Operations at Kentik since June 2015, where contributions include enhancing AIOps platforms for network professionals. Michael began their career at Kentik as a Manager and Software Engineer, subsequently advancing to Director of UI Engineering, focusing on user-facing interfaces with a primary emphasis on JavaScript technologies. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President of Professional Services at Software AG Government Solutions following the acquisition of JackBe, where leadership centered on expanding service capabilities within the public sector. Early career roles at JackBe and Network Solutions included positions as Senior Solutions Architect and Business Analyst, respectively. Michael holds a B.S. in Biochemistry, Biology, and Chemistry from Virginia Tech.
