Jay Amin

Jay Amin is an experienced IT Leader currently serving as the IT DevOps Manager at Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance (KEMI) since June 2005. With a focus on delivering IT solutions, digital transformation, and modernization, Jay oversees DevOps, DBA, and Operations teams while leading multiple projects involving both internal and outsourced teams. Expertise includes AWS/Azure cloud migration, ITIL framework implementation, CI/CD practices, IT strategy planning, and vendor management. Prior to KEMI, Jay held positions as a Senior Database Administrator at Trover Solutions and Database Administrator at Parsons, along with early roles at Reliance Industries Ltd. Jay holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Sardar Patel University and BVM Engineering College.
