Bret Dowell

Bret grew up on a farm in Lancaster, KY where he gained nearly 10 years of greenhouse experience at Shell Farms and Greenhouses - in which he worked from childhood to adulthood. This is where Brett first learned of distributing to large nurseries, working in irrigation, and plant development. On this farm, he was also responsible for raising cattle and tobacco for many years.

Prior to joining the KFH team, Bret gained several years of greenhouse leadership experience while working for a major Hemp company in Winchester, KY. With lifelong experience and a leadership style that’s based on empowering the employees he’s responsible for, Bret has become an extremely valuable member of the team.
