Sami Barefield

Sami Barefield is a skilled professional with a strong background in advocacy and community support, currently serving as a VOCA Victim Advocate at Kentucky Refugee Ministries, Inc. since September 2023. Previous roles include ESL Programs Volunteer Coordinator at Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans and service as an AmeriCorps VISTA. Sami has also contributed as a Study Abroad Student Advisor and First Engagements Scholar at Transylvania University.
