Nicole Gaines

Nicole (Nici) Gaines has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Nicole (Nici) began their career in 2001 as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Bluegrass Family Health. Nicole (Nici) then moved on to the Kentucky Department of Medicaid Services in 2004, where they served as the Director of KCHIP. From 2005 to 2007, they held the position of Director of Pharmacy at the Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services. In 2011, Nicole became a Managing Partner at Consulting Strategies Team and Health Care Reform Solutions. Nicole (Nici) then joined Kentucky River Community Care in 2013, initially serving as the CEO/Executive Director and later transitioning to the role of Chief Performance Officer. In 2017, Nicole joined Gaines Real Estate as a Realtor.

Nicole (Nici) Gaines earned an MBA in Healthcare from The George Washington University School of Business, graduating in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Eastern Kentucky University in 2001. Nicole (Nici) completed their high school education at Raceland Worthington High School, receiving a diploma in 1995.
