Apeksha Shah

Apeksha Shah is an experienced professional in operational excellence and improvement management, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Lead at Kenvue since July 2024. Prior to this role, Apeksha held various positions at Pidilite Industries Limited, including Manager of Improvement Management, where responsibilities included time and motion studies, plant layout optimization, productivity monitoring, and vendor costing.
