Nathalie Sassen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nathalie began their career as an intern at i&e - Communications & Public Relations in 2001 before moving on to various roles at SNCF - Station Department, including Commercial Manager of a Suburban Railway Line and Senior Marketing Manager of Welcome & Information Services. Nathalie then worked as a Principal Transport Consultant at Steer Davies Gleave in 2007. In 2008, they joined Carlson Wagonlit Travel - Hotel Solutions as a Manager, overseeing the consultancy business unit. From 2009 to 2013, Nathalie worked at SNCF - TER Haute-Normandie, serving as the Chief Marketing Officer and later as part of the Franchise Renewal Team. Nathalie then joined Keolis International as a Marketing & Product Manager from 2013 to 2018. Nathalie'smost recent position is Head of Customer Experience and Network Design at Keolis Downer, which they have held since 2018.

Nathalie Sassen completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ESCP Business School. Nathalie pursued their education at ESCP Business School from 1997 to 2001.
