Andrew Hughes

Andrew Hughes has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Beef Operations Manager at Kepak Group since August 2018, following roles as Beef Boninghall Production Manager and Beef Boninghall Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Andrew worked at 2 Sisters Food Group from September 2008 to January 2018, where responsibilities included Boninghall Supervisor, PAD Supervisor, and Butcher at St Merry Meats. Andrew holds a Sports Development and Fitness Diploma from Truro and Penwith College and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Supply Chain Management at University College Cork, alongside foundational education from Wadebridge Secondary School.
