Sean Watson

Sean Watson is a Senior Technical Software Developer and Software Engineering Manager at Kepler Communications Inc. since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing a team of software engineers and overseeing various projects. Previously, Sean held a Senior Software Engineer position focused on system design for a global data transfer service and on-board software for small satellites. Additional experience includes roles at Google as a Senior Software Engineer, working on server rack power systems and datacenter network switch firmware, as well as at YouTube as a Software Engineer specializing in HTTPS streaming and performance optimization. Sean holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western University, both earned between 2008 and 2013.
