Nomulun Tungalag

Nomulun Tungalag is a seasoned recruitment professional specializing in global digital infrastructure. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Kepler Search since August 2022, Nomulun focuses on hiring for niche roles across private equity funds, data center developers, operators, and engineering consultancies, with a primary market in the APAC region. As the Founder of Women in Data Centers since March 2023, Nomulun aims to establish a supportive community for women in the industry. Prior experience includes roles at Volt - International, where Nomulun built a new market vertical for data centers and achieved recognition as Annual High Achiever of 2021. Earlier, Nomulun worked at JAC Recruitment Group, managing accounts for Japanese companies. Nomulun holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ritsumeikan University.
