Jony Sossmeier

Jony Sossmeier is a Senior Project Designer at Kepler Weber since July 2020, leading technical developments in the agro-industrial product portfolio, particularly focusing on grain transporters. Previously, Jony worked in progressively responsible roles, including Mechanical Designer and Coordinator of Engineering at various companies such as Agriaço Metalúrgica Ltda and Maxitec do Brasil, where Jony managed engineering teams and developed machinery and industrial solutions for grain processing. Jony started an engineering career at STAM Spa and Lippel.com.br, focusing on the design and manufacturing of large-scale machines and new products. Jony holds an MBA in Lean Manufacturing and Quality Systems from FAHOR and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Unijuí.
