Norma Montenegro-Birk

Norma Montenegro-Birk, MSHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director - West at Keplr Vision since November 2024. Prior to this role, Norma held the position of HR Field Manager for the West Coast Division at Aspen Dental. From December 2019 to December 2023, Norma worked as a Regional Associate Relations Partner at VCA Animal Hospitals, overseeing employee relations for a large geographical region, providing training, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Earlier experience includes roles at Forever 21 as a Senior Human Resources Associate, where guidance was offered on employee relations issues, and at Melrose Recovery Group, where Norma established an HR department and implemented essential compliance standards.
