Tom Thomas

Tom Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem and technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Kerala Startup Mission, Tom has previously held key positions including Director of Policy & Research at ADIF and Director of Operations at Kerala Startup Mission, where significant contributions led to Kerala being recognized as a Top Startup State by Startup India in 2018 and 2019. Tom's earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer and Senior Manager of Incubation at The IIIT-H Foundation, where initiatives like the Avishkar deep tech accelerator were launched, alongside a notable stint at Startup Village focusing on talent pipeline development and strategic operations. Tom holds a PGDM in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
