Daniel L. Mooradian

Daniel L. Mooradian, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the medical industry and academia. Daniel L. (Dan) currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Product Life Cycle Management at Kerecis, where they are responsible for leading the company's Research and Product Development team. Previously, they served as a Strategic Advisor at TearRestore and REMastered Sleep.

In academia, Dr. Mooradian is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they teach Medical Technology Research and Development to MBA students in the Medical Industry MBA (MIMBA) program. Daniel L. (Dan) is also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Minnesota Medical School, where they support surgeons in developing and commercializing products in various surgical specialties.

Dr. Mooradian has also been involved in consulting and expert witness services through their company, Mooradian Medical Consulting & Expert Witness Services. Additionally, they served as the Founder and President of The Simpatico Group LLC, a consulting firm specializing in structural biologics.

Dan Mooradian, Ph.D. attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1978 to 1982, where they received a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences. Daniel L. (Dan) then pursued further education at Wayne State University from 1983 to 1987, obtaining a Ph.D. in Experimental Pathology. After completing their Ph.D., they went on to become a Post-doctoral Fellow at the University of Minnesota from 1988 to 1992, focusing on the fields of Extracellular Matrix Biology and Vascular Pathology.
