Cecile Rabault

Cecile RABAULT is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in finance, audit, employee relations, and social development. Currently serving as the Global Finance and Audit HR Director at Kering since September 2013, Cecile has held multiple key positions within the organization, including EMEA Human Resources Director and Employee Relations and Social Development Director. Prior to Kering, Cecile worked at PSA Peugeot Citroën from December 1991 to August 2013, where roles included Employee Relations and Health and Safety Director, Human Resources Director for an automotive production site, and Labor Law Director. Cecile's educational background includes studies at Sciences Po and a DESS in Droit Social from Université Paris Nanterre.
