Alexa Hercouet

Alexa Hercouet is a seasoned professional in human resources and social management, currently serving as Contrôleur de gestion sociale at Kermene since May 2019. Previously, Alexa held the position of Chargée d’études Reporting Social at Crédit Agricole CIB from December 2017 to April 2019 and worked at Orange as Chargée de missions RH en apprentissage from September 2016 to September 2017. In earlier roles, Alexa gained experience in human resources during internships at Pâtisseries Gourmandes and Le Gouessant. Alexa holds a Master 2 in Management des Ressources Humaines from IGR-IAE Rennes, a Master 1 in Diagnostic et Management des Organisations from IAE Caen, and a Licence in Économie-Gestion from Université de Rennes I.
