Alison Hall has extensive experience in the educational field, currently serving as Principal at the Kern County Superintendent of Schools since August 2010, after holding positions as Vice Principal and Special Education Teacher within the same organization. Prior to this, Alison worked as a Special Education Teacher at McFarland Unified School District from August 2009 to July 2010 and as a Substitute Teacher at Kern County Superintendent of Schools from August 2008 to July 2009. Alison's career began at Kern High School District as an Instructional Assistant from August 2002 to July 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University, Bakersfield, along with an Associate of Arts from Bakersfield College.
