Kailey Collier

Kailey Collier, RN, BSN, has extensive experience in healthcare management and quality performance, currently serving as the Director of Quality Performance at Kern Health Systems since August 2016. Previous roles at Kern Health Systems include Quality Improvement Manager RN, UM Clinical Intake Coordinator RN III, Quality Improvement RN, and Utilization Management Outpatient Clinical Supervisor. Prior to Kern Health Systems, Kailey held the position of Registered Nurse Lead at Bakersfield Family Medical Center from November 2013 to August 2016 and worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Mercy and Memorial Hospitals from August 2012 to December 2014. Kailey obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Bakersfield, in 2016 and an Associate's degree in Nursing from Bakersfield College in 2012.
