Noor Saba-Eagleson, CAPM, is an accomplished Project Manager at Kern Health Systems since June 2020, bringing a solid background in business development and project management. With experience at Stellar from October 2016 to April 2020, Noor focused on client relationships and business growth, alongside previous roles at Stantec and Processes Unlimited International Inc. as a Business Development professional. Noor's early career includes project management for the SLO Wastewater Facility at Cal Poly State University and research experience in Costa Rica centered on biodiversity.
