Joseph Chen

Joseph Chen has extensive experience in the medical field, specializing in neurosurgery. Joseph has held positions at various prestigious institutions, including Lakewood Regional Medical Center as a Staff Neurosurgeon, Kern Medical as Chief of Service in Neurosurgery, and Kaweah Delta Health Care District as Medical Director of Neurosurgery. Joseph has also served as Associate Director at USC Neurorestoration Center and as CEO at VNNC and Center Neurorestoration Associates. Prior to these roles, Joseph worked as a Neurosurgeon at Southern California Permanente Medical Group, where they gained expertise in cranial microsurgery, stereotactic radiosurgery, pain management, and general neurosurgery. Joseph'swork experience spans from 2001 to the present.

Joseph Chen completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University in 1987. Joseph then pursued a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neurophysiology from New York Medicine Jobs between 1987 and 1994. After that, they completed their Residency in Neurosurgery from the University of Southern California from 1994 to 2001. Joseph Chen also has a certification from the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
