Burak Yilmaz

Burak YILMAZ is a co-founder and president at Kernal Biologics since September 2016 and has a robust entrepreneurial background, having served as founder and CEO of Sentegen Biotech from April 2010 to August 2016. Burak YILMAZ was a finalist and winner at MassChallenge in May 2018. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering from Northeastern University, a Master of Science in Medical Genetics from Turgut Ozal University, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Genetics from Middle East Technical University. Additionally, Burak YILMAZ completed the Healthcare Venture Course at MIT Sloan School of Management and interned at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in June 2008.
