Sharlene Sivayoganathan

Sharlene Sivayoganathan, CHRP, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Finance from Ryerson University. Sharlene has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR & Organizational Development at Kerry's Place Autism Services since March 2019, after progressing through various HR roles at the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Specialist at Peel Children's Centre, as well as various HR and administrative roles at organizations such as the Canadian Mental Health Association - Toronto Branch, Links2Care, and Dr. Arthur Karasik Medicine Professional Corporation. Sharlene's career began at Sobeys (FreshCo) as a Cash Office Supervisor.
