David Knight

David Knight is a Staff Software Engineer at KERV Interactive. David has over 10 years of experience in design and development of real-time streaming analytics, database systems, REST-based web services, content management systems, customer web sites, and mobile web applications. Projects they have worked on include a Kafka-based real-time streaming analytics system for iBeacon networks, a content management system for a high traffic retail web and mobile site, and an iPad-based point of sale system for a major retailer. These were developed using either Docker/NodeJS or PHP using the Kohana framework.

David Knight attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where they earned a B.S. in Computer Science. David is certified as a Titanium Certified App Developer and Titanium Certified Mobile Developer from Appcelerator.

David Knight reports to Taylor Pate, CTO. David Knight works with Jill Webber - Software Engineer, Ryan Brenner - Software Engineer, and Brian Booth - Machine Learning Engineer.
