Swetha Kesineni

Swetha Kesineni has extensive experience in program management and community engagement, currently working at Kesineni Group since February 2019 in a growth role. Prior to this, Swetha served as a Program Officer in the Managing Trustee's Office at Tata Trusts, overseeing various special projects, including the Village Social Transformation Foundation and Cancer Care Programme from January 2017 to January 2019. In 2016, Swetha was the Director of the Community Voters Project with The Public Interest Network, managing the largest field operation of the project nationwide, recruiting and training approximately 100 canvassers, and facilitating voter registration for around 40,000 individuals from minority groups. Earlier, a research internship at McKing Consulting involved developing a clinical outcome assessment tool in collaboration with a team from Emory University. Swetha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Emory University and completed the International Baccalaureate at The International School Bangalore.
