Matti Mettälä

Matti Mettälä is the EVP of Human Resources at Kesko. Matti has over 25 years of experience in human resources and stakeholder relations.

Mettälä began their career as a managing director at K-retailers' Association from October 2005 to September 2012. Matti then transitioned to Kesko Corporation as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations from October 2012 to December 2014. In their current role as EVP of Human Resources at Kesko, Mettälä is responsible for leading the human resources function and developing Kesko's people strategy.

Their manager is Mikko Helander, Chairman, President & CEO . Matti Mettälä works with Ari Akseli - President, Grocery Trade, Jukka Erlund - EVP & CFO , and Karoliina Partanen - EVP, Communications.
