Veerendra Uttarkar

Veerendra Uttarkar has over 15 years of experience in procurement and sourcing. Veerendra is currently working as the Head of Procurement at Kesoram Industries Ltd. Since joining in April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager Commercial at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. from January 2021 to August 2023. Veerendra also worked at JK Cement Limited as a Manager - Sourcing Analyst from 2017 to 2021, where they successfully completed ordering for expansion projects and sourced major capital expenditures. Before that, they served as a Sr. Purchase Officer at Ultratech Cement Limited from 2010 to 2016. Veerendra started their career at Ingersoll Rand as a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Engineer and worked at L&T Komatsu Ltd. as a Purchase Engineer.

Veerendra Uttarkar pursued their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2006 at Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical field. Additionally, they have received several certifications, including "Excel 2013: Advanced Formatting Techniques," "Excel 2013 Essential Training," "Excel 2013: Charts in Depth," "Excel 2013: Managing Multiple Worksheets and Workbooks," "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager," and "Outlook 2016 Essential Training," all obtained from LinkedIn in May and June of 2020.
