Sandra Müller

Sandra Müller is currently the Head of Human Resources at Kessler & Co in Zurich. Prior to this, they completed further coaching studies in business-coaching, teambuilding, and conflict management from December 2014 to April 2015. From February 2005 to May 2007, Sandra was the Head of Human Resources at Credit Suisse Fides. And before that, they were with AXA-Versicherungen Schweiz from December 2000 to January 2005 as their Head of Human Resources. In this role, Sandra was responsible for recruiting, coaching, HR-projects, training and development, and more.

Sandra Müller has a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Working Law from the ZHAW School of Management and Law, a Certificate Master Person Analysis from Master Personal Analysis (MPA), and a Certificate in Business Coaching from the ZfU. Sandra also has a Higher degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from HWV Olten, and a Federal Certificate in Human Resource Administration from the IAP (Institut of Applied Psychology). Additionally, they are a certified GPI coach from Coaching.

Sandra Müller reports to Tom Kessler, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Natalie Kolb - Head Marketing & Communications, Zurich, Sabine Wanner - Head of Legal & Compliance, Zurich, and Peter Dürig - Head Regional Office, Bern.
