Asher Alavi

Asher Alavi is an experienced legal professional specializing in healthcare fraud and whistleblower cases. Currently serving as Counsel at Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP since May 2014, Asher is a member of the whistleblower practice group, with extensive knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations, as well as litigation expertise in district and appellate courts. Prior to this role, Asher worked as an Associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP and gained valuable experience as a Volunteer Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice. Asher's legal career also includes positions as a Summer Associate at Phillips & Cohen LLP, a Legal Resources Administrator at Taxpayers Against Fraud, and a Legal Assistant at the Cook County Public Defender's Office.
