Lee Kester

Lee Kester is the CEO & Founder of Kester Search Group, LLC, an executive recruiting firm specializing in commercial operations roles in the healthcare and technology industries. Lee is also an Active Member at VentureSouth, an early-stage venture capital firm, and previously worked as a Sr. Manager/Executive Recruiter at System 1 Search, Inc. Lee has a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Georgia and has completed an Executive miniMBA Program at Clemson University. In the past, Lee served as a Campus Ambassador at the University of Georgia, managing the Visitor Center and providing guided tours to prospective students and their families.
