Peter Schork

Peter Schork serves as the Board Chair for Kestrel Medical Inc. since July 2021 and is an Advisory Board Member for Narrow Gauge Ventures. Peter has held ownership, with a minority interest, in Blue Tractor since September 2007. Schork's past roles include Market President at Oxford Bank until August 2024, Chief Financial Officer at Catylist Commercial Real Estate Technology for a brief period in 2020, and President, CEO, and co-founder of Ann Arbor State Bank from February 2008 to February 2020. Additional experience includes serving as President of Surovell Settlement and Title and Vice President at Edward Surovell Realtors. Schork began their career at Bank of Ann Arbor as First Vice President, following a tenure as Vice President at KeyBank. Schork holds an MBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics/Political Science from the University of Michigan.
